First, a thermal analysis of the installation is carried out using the DJI Matrice 300 RTK drone and the DJI Zenmuse H20T camera.
This step allows to quickly identify the most soiled areas, in order to plan cleaning flights optimally.
The thermal measurements also allow to detect any defects, damages or malfunctions of the modules.
Correcting these problems in time can prevent loss of performance and, in some cases, fire hazards.

Preparation of the spraying mission
Mission planning is done in advance on computer.
The mission planning system allows for precise details of each stage of spraying. Once the mission is recorded, it is transferred and available on the drone controller.

On the site
The trailer is equipped with a tank containing 200 litres of clear water.
In another tank, the product is mixed as required. A circulation pump ensures that the mixture remains constantly in motion.
Using a hose, the mixture is then transferred to the tank of the spray drone.
Mission accomplished
Once the facility is cleaned, it’s time to clean the drone.
This step is quick and easy, as only biodegradable products were used. The tank, pumps, hoses and nozzles are simply rinsed with water, and the drone is ready to go.
